GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu is a copper-associated form of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. Its ability to influence extracellular matrix production led to research in wounds and topical skin formulations. Human reports include a positive diabetic-ulcer study, a negative venous-ulcer comparison and small cosmetic studies with mixed outcomes. The preparation, skin condition and measurement explain much of the variation in this literature.
